Gallery 308

The 2025 Economic Futures Summit will be hosted at Gallery 308 situated in the American Indian Cultural District, and on the steps of Silicon Valley, bringing these worlds together. The venue, where the maritime trade and repair shops at Fort Mason were originally located, has been meticulously rehabilitated to its original industrial aesthetic as part of a vibrant cultural hub. It offers panoramic views of  San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge.

Travel

International Travel Requirements*

International travelers to the United States are required to provide a passport and, in some cases, a visa for entry.

Visa Waiver Program

The Visa Waiver Programs enables most citizens or nationals of participating countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa. Travelers must have a valid Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval prior to travel. The link below will provide information on countries whose citizens may enter the United States through the Visa Waiver Program.

Citizens of Canada and Bermuda

In most circumstances, citizens of Canada and Bermuda do not require a nonimmigrant visa. Additional resources for Canadian visitors to the US can be found on the US Embassy and Consulate website. Additional resources for Bermudians can be found on the US Consulate Hamilton website under Visa Exemptions for Bermudians.

It is important to apply for a visa (B-1 Temporary Business Visitor) early as the wait times vary between countries. The current wait times can be viewed on the Global Visa Wait Times table. If you are requesting a visa invitation letter to submit along with your visa application, please note that you must be a registered participant before receiving an invitation letter. Please email your request along with your confirmation number and full address to economicfutures2025@gmail.com. We are unable to fulfill requests for visa invitation letters after September 23, 2025 (6 weeks out from the Summit start date). If we are unable to verify your corporate/organizational credentials, no visa invitation letter will be issued.  Please note that a visa invitation letter does not guarantee you will be granted a visa, and it is the sole responsibility of the participant to contact their local embassy or consulate to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry into the United States.
